2026 Annual Assessment Notice – Due Date: April 30, 2026

The Board of Directors has approved the 2026 Annual Assessment in the amount of $411.38 per lot (developed or undeveloped). This adjustment is necessary to continue strengthening the association’s reserve funds and to ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our pool and pier facilities for the benefit of all homeowners.

Homeowners should note the following important details:

Assessment Details

  • 📬 Mailing: Assessment notices will be mailed by our management company, Winger.
  • 📅 Due Date: April 30, 2026
  • ⚠️ Late Fee: A $25.00 late fee will be applied to payments received more than 30 days after the due date.
  • 📄 Liens: Accounts that remain unpaid after 90 days may be subject to a lien on the property.
